How long does it take to ship an online order?
You can order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We normally ship next business day by USPS. We offer $5 flate rate shipping up to $50, then it's FREE on orders over $50. We will accomodate to any special shipping instructions, just call or email us. 
Where should I store my soap?
We use no preservatives, so keep the bar from humidity or from getting too hot or cold when stored. A dark, dry area is the best place to store our soaps.
How long does a bar last?
This all depends on how many people are using it. Do you wash with a wash cloth or do you just use your hands? All of this factors into how long a bar will last. Use soap dishes that allow air to dry the bar in between use. Shower spray, water or sitting your soap in a dish that doesn't allow drainage will contribute to the deterioration of the bar.
Is the glycerin still in the soap?
Yes. The saponification process in cold process soaps produces the glycerin and provides the moisturizing qualities that make homemade soap so desirable. Most store bought soap has had the glycerin removed so it can be sold separately.
How long do I have to use a bar of soap before it loses its effectiveness?
Our soaps keep for a long time and do not lose the ability to perform. Since no preservatives are used, the fragrance does tend to fade over time. However, most fragrances will be revived when they are used. We recommend using our soaps within six to eight months from the purchase date.
What is the white substance that forms on top of some bars?
This is called soda ash, and it is not harmful at all. It forms on a humid day or when air gets to the soap while in the mold within the first 24-36 hours. It rinses off when used the first time. 
How long does it take to order and receive a fragrance soap not listed on the site?
It takes 5-6 weeks of cure time before a bar of soap is ready for use.
